  • A Study on Primary and Secondary Education Consistency with an Attempt at Sequential Development of Historical Consciousness: Based on an Analysis of German Textbooks, UTSUNOMIYA Akiko, HARADA Nobuyuki, The Bulletin of Japanese Curriculum Research and Development, 39, (1) 73 - 83, This study examined the consistency of historical learning in primary and secondary school education in Germany through the analysis of textbooks that focused on historical consciousness.
       The study first clarified the characteristic pattern of historical consciousness as to how hit was developed at each educational stage through an analysis of the textbooks and then examined the sequential progress in the building of such consciousness. It revealed that historical consciousness is developed continually in a way that children's narratives on history were progressively elaborated through interrelating both historical and social dimensions in the consciousness.
       The study indicated that the following could be applied to historical learning in Japan: (1) the goal of historical learning, i.e., fostering historical consciousness, would make it possible to ensure consistency in the study content; (2) historical consciousness as a learning goal had to be a pedagogical theory; and (3) the aim unique to historical learning was an effective means of enabling a consistency across primary and secondary school education.

  • Curriculumpolitik um die nationalen Bildungsstandards in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Zusammenhang mit dem PISA-Schock, Harada Nobuyuki, Bulletin Kyushu Institute of Information Sciences, 8, (1) 51 - 68, 03 22 , ドイツでは、TIMSSやPISAなどの国際学力調査において、ドイツの生徒の学力低下とともに、60年代から取り組まれてきた「教育の機会均等」の理念の実現も立ち遅れている制度的課題も映し出された。また、地方分権国家のドイツでは国家的教育スタンダードによるカリキュラムの標準化が進行する一方、教科の再編・統合化の動きがみられる。そして新たな自由競争原理に根ざした改革と同時に、格差是正と平等性の保障が政策ターゲットとして掲げられている。米英型の「新自由主義政策」対独仏型の「社会的不平等の是正に重点を置く政策」という新たなるイデオロギーの対立が生じている情勢にあって、学力向上を目指すドイツのカリキュラム政策はどのような展開をみせているのか、その政策意図(政策ターゲット)と課題を本稿では明らかにするとともに、現代社会に求められる学力モデルについて考察する。

  • Supportive communication and "intersubjectivity" as techniques of care, Harada Nobuyuki, Mizuma Muneyuki, Research journal of care and welfare, 6, (1) 81 - 89, 10 01 , 知的障害者や音声機能に障害をもつ重度の身体障害者は,自己の意思伝達や願望の開示に障害ゆえの制限が付随するために,ここには介護者の援助的役割と高度なコミュニケーション技術が要求される.それは障害者の自己実現の問題にもかかわるため,こうした福祉的視点から,介護福祉士がその養成課程においてコミュニケーションを専門職の技術として習得することが期待される.本稿では,介護技術としての援助的コミュニケーションを,(1)被介護者の発信能力を向上させる援助,(2)コミュニケーションの場の設定,(3)援助者のコミュニケーション能力の向上=受信能力と応答力の向上の3つの側面からとらえ,「間主観性」の概念を用いて援助者の役割と技法を考察する.現在の介護福祉士養成課程(「介護概論」や「介護技術」の科目)において,こうした視点からのコミュニケーション技術の位置づけと確立が早急に望まれる.

  • Sachunterricht und grundlegende Prinzipien des Unterrichtskonzepts der Grundschule in der BRD : Mit einem Beispiel eines SU-Lehrplans aus Bremen, Harada Nobuyuki, 創大教育研究, 0, 165 - 186, 03 , Im Zuge der Bildungsreform kam es in der BRD auch zu einer Grundschulreform (ab 1969), die sich u. a. in einer grundlichen Erneuerung der Inhalte, der Zielsetzung und des Unterrichtskonzepts fur den SU niederschlug. Da das Leitprinzip der "Wissenschaftsorientierung" -ein Schlagwort, das diese Grundschulreform kennzeichnet- sehr unterschiedlich ausgelegt wurde, zeigten sich bald nachteilige Erscheinungen, z.B. eine stoffliche Uberfrachtung des Lehrplans, Uberforderung und einseitige Beanspruchung kindlich kognitiver Krafte, usw.. Seit Ende der 70 er Jahre werden die Grundschullehrplane fur den SU einer Revision unterzogen, um die vorgenannten Mangel zu beheben. Dabei wird der Zusammenhang zwischen den drei Pinzipien, namlich der KindgemaBheit, Handlungsorientiev ung und Wissenschaftsorientierung betont. Das Ziel dieser Abhandlung ist. es, am Beispiel des Bremer Lehrplans fur den SU aus den Jahre 1984, den begrifflichen Rahmen dieser drei Prinzipien zu erfassen und ihre Anwendung im Unterrichtskonzept zu zeigen. Die Hauptthesen der vorliegenden Abhandlung sind wie folgt: (1) Die Inhalte des SU werden durch die konkrete Lebenswirklichkeit des Kindes beeinfluBt: also die Umwelt, in die das Kind durch lebendige Kontakte (Beobachtung, Fragen, Handeln, Erfahrung) eingebunden ist. (2) Wissenschaftsorientierung bedeutet fur die Propadeutik oder den Fachunterricht heute nicht mehr ein inhaltsorganisierendes, sondern ein zum kontinuierlichen LernprozeB des Kindes fuhrendes Prinzip. Dadurch konnen Grundschulkinder sachlich die Lebenswirklichkeit erklaren. (3) SU fuhrt in diesem ProzeB spontane Erfahrungen, Vermutungen und Meinungen des Kindes allmahlich in methodisch uberprufbare und gesicherte Erkenntnisse uber. Die Aufgabe des Lehrers ist es dabei, diesen drei Prinzipien entsprechend den LernprozeB im Unterricht zu gestalten.
