We obtain the three achievements. First, we explain the weak condition of wide sense of the sustainability using simple economic model. Second, we induce the sustainability condition in both the government debt and economics using overlapped generation model. Finally, we develop the new method for investigating the sustainability connecting fiscal stabilization rule and statistical methods.
