    コロナ禍で精神科病棟での実習受け入れが困難な状況が続き、現状に即した形で実習での学習形態の見直しを図った。従来型実習での「入院患者1名の精神障害当事者と援助関係を築き、セルフケア看護を主軸とする看護過程」の展開は、現行実習では「精神障害者の福祉施設での当事者との関係形成」や、学内での「うつ病模擬患者のロールプレイ」などの実習プログラムへと推移している。これらの状況変化を踏まえ、精神科看護キャリアコミットメントの概念を集約する大項目を、【①自己理解：ヒストリーと自己概念】【②精神看護過程：健康増進としてのセルフケア看護】【③関係形成プロセス：パートナーシップ形成に向けた対人関係アプローチ】【④自己活用スキル：ケア対象への自己を道具とする存在の活用】【⑤体験からの考察：生命理念と精神看護観】とし、看護の独自性を探求する姿勢を評価軸とした。また、ピアサポーターの授業参画の協力など、低学年から当事者との接触体験の機会を積極的に設け、実習で関わる期間の短縮を補う取り組みも動向に応じて導入していくこととした。 細目の一例は、【①自己理解】は、短時間の関係では対象の全人的理解に限界があることから、精神的に負担のない範囲で自己との対話を行い、過去–現在－未来へとありたい方向を見つめる作業を行い、プライバシーの配慮やメンタルヘルスに問題がある場合は実施しないこととした。年表などを用いて人の歴史を整理して目的を定める〔目的論〕に位置付けた。【②精神看護過程】は、生活を整え自然治癒力（vital power）を引き出す養生の思想によりヘルスプロモーションの観点から健常者に光を当てる〔対象論〕に位置付けた。【③関係形成プロセス】では、対象のニーズに応じた困り事を捉えた協働への足掛かりを、対人関係論〔方法論〕と疾病モデル〔疾病論〕の知識を基盤とするなど、理論と実践の関係を学ぶ構成とした。

    In this study, we determined the fine particle protection rate (FPPR) of two types of face masks, namely gauze, surgical, reused following a specific washing method. Both face masks maintained similar performance after 30 washings compared to new ones. These findings may start the discussion for possibility to reuse face masks, and propose a method for reusing face masks that is suitable for non-medical personnel.

    We aimed to write protocols of nursing care for the Japanese patients of tropical infectious disease. The survey of nursing practice for the patient and systematical organization were planned. After learning through statistical of WHO and DOH (Department of Health in Philippine) and advices from co-researchers, we targeted some infectious diseases. And we harvested useful information and experiences to care the patients and the diseases redeeming the distal information about infectious diseases and textbooks.

    The purpose of this study is the interaction between immune function of the hand surface and commensal bacteria. Hand washing samples from 27 volunteers were harvested before and after hand washing (water hand washing or hand washing with liquid soap). The samples were assumed including bacteria and immune substances like cytokine and immune globulin from hand. Regards to pre-examination, these sample were assayed about 5 immune materials, the 3 material; Immune globulin, IL-1a and IL-1b were detected. These values were varied in individual, laterality and kind of hand washing. These samples were assayed about inhibition of coagulase negative Staphylococcus spp. growth. But inhibition effect was not detected clearly.
