    現在までに吸入治療を要する成人喘息患者78名およびCOPD患者21名を対象とし、吸入指導マイスターによる投与群（喘息51名 COPD患者14名）、非マイスター投 与群（喘息27名 COPD患者7名）の２群に分類しエントリーした。マイスター指導群は12ヶ月のフォロー期間中に計3回の定期吸入指導をうける予定である。定期 吸入指導の内容は、チェックリストに基づいた吸入手技の確認・評価・指導、アドヒアランスの確認・指導からなる。両群とも受診1、6および12ヶ月後に以下の 項目に関する評価を行う。 ①ASK-12：ASK-12総スコアが23点以上の患者を対象に原因項目に対する指導を行う。②ACT（Asthma Control Test）: 過去4週間の喘息コントロール状態を評価 する質問票③CAT(COPD Assessment Test) ：8項目の質問によりCOPDコントロール状態を評価。④肺機能検査： １秒量、努力性肺活量、１秒率、ピークフロー、 呼気NOを評価する。 ⑤吸入手技評価： 吸入デバイスの使用手順を8-10項目にスコア化し評価する。重大な誤操作（Melani A et al.Res Med 2011）は手技指導対象とする⑥喘息 /COPDの増悪頻度：各疾患の増悪の定義は既報に従う。１年間の増悪回数を評価 プライマリーエンドポイント：12か月後のACT（喘息）およびCAT(COPD) セカンダリーエンドポイン：12か月後のASK-12総スコア、吸入手技、増悪頻度、肺機能、QOL。上記対象者の喘息患者において、7名が1か月後の評価に受診せずドロップアウトした。また通院中ではあるが6か月後の評価に受診できていない対象者が複数名いる.
